HIFAKS® Medical Insert | KHIMAIRA STRATEGY TACTICS x HEXATAC

The HIFAKS® system is the result of a collaboration between Khimaira Strategy Tactics and Hexatac. Like our pouch line, AYCE®, it also has a host (sold separately) and an insert (this product).

The purpose of theHIFAKS® Insert is to offer a solution that is both minimalist and adaptable that keeps bulk to a minimum while remaining accessible in any situation. 

TheHIFAKS® Insert can be used both in the HIFAKS® Host Pouch designed for it and in a fanny pack such as our HFP® 3-in-1 Fanny Pack. 

It consists of two flaps, two handles, and its base. 

On the back, the Hypalon base has an opening designed to store your chest seals and casualty cards and handoff reports. The rest of the Hypalon surface can serve as an inventory by writing the contents and expiration dates on it with a Posca® marker. When you replace or remove an item, simply wipe off the writing with acetone, as the material is acetone-resistant.

The handles on each side are flexible yet stiffened with composite to provide both a good grip and comfort when pulling. 

The flaps of theHIFAKS® Insert are secured with a Velcro closure. 

Inside, you can freely arrange the layout to suit the contents thanks to our HIFAKS® matrix, which works with hook-and-loop straps (included) and MOLLE loops while also anchoring shock cords (included) to secure the contents.
