PRODUCTION TRACKING
Our gear is manufactured in batches. Each production run is locked on the 10th of every odd-numbered month (January, March, May, July, September, November): every order placed up to that date is included in it. Shipping begins at the end of the following month, barring any unforeseen issues.
Example: order placed on November 4 → production locked on November 10 → shipping from the end of December.

The Stages of Your Order
Production Lock
On the 10th of each odd-numbered month, all orders received are added to the production run, including after-sales service requests.

Manufacturing
Products are made in our workshop in Europe (about 30 days).

Inspection and Preparation
Quality control, assembly, packing, then preparation of your package.
Email: “Your package is being prepared”
Shipping
From the end of the month following the production lock. You’ll be notified by email when your package ships.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which cycle is my order in?
Order placed no later than lock day (the 10th): it is part of that production run. After the 10th: it joins the next production run, two months later.
How will I be notified?
You’ll receive an automatic email at each stage (see above). Be sure to check your spam folder.

In your customer account: My Account → Orders.
