The HIFAKS® system is the result of a collaboration between Khimaira Strategy Tactics and Hexatac. Like our AYCE® pouches, it also has a host (this product) and an insert (sold separately)

The purpose of the HIFAKS® Medical Pouch is to offer a solution that is both minimalist and adaptable that keepsbulk to a minimum while remaining accessible in any situation.

The base of the HIFAKS® Medical Pouch is made of a laser-cut composite sheet so the user can wear it on a belt or on a MOLLE platform with the universal attachments included.

On the back, a Velcro base lets youanchor the elastic flap so that the HIFAKS® Pouch fits the contents of the insert as closely as possible (sold separately). 

The retention of the HIFAKS® insert is twofold and is provided both by the tension of the flap and by a Velcro anchor on the inside.

On the outside, an integrated elastic tourniquet holder provides quick access to the tourniquet without having to get into the contents, so it can be applied as quickly as possible. 

Finally, a cross cut into the Velcro identifies the HIFAKS® Pouch as a medical pouch, while still letting you apply a specific patch for allergies, blood type, or an IR marking.
