DBA SB-001™ SOFT ARMOR PANEL
The DBA SB-001™ is a thin soft armor panel developed to protect against handgun ammunition, edged-weapon attacks, and hypodermic needles. Designed and made in the Netherlands, it combines three independently tested protections in a panel about 5 mm (0.2 in) thick.
This is the same technology as the concealable vest SB-001™ Covert, offered here as standalone panels.

Important: the SB-001™ is certified to VPAM level 3, not NIJ IIIA. An ICW plate only reaches its rated protection level when paired with the soft panel specified in its certification: check this requirement on your plate’s spec sheet.
