THE DBA SB-001™ BULLETPROOF T-SHIRT

A first-generation bulletproof T-shirt, designed to be worn directly against the skin under a shirt or polo. The SB-001™ T-shirt provides reliable protection against bullets, blades, and needles while remaining lightweight, flexible, and virtually invisible.

CERTIFIED TRIPLE PROTECTION

The SB-001™ T-shirt is built on the same ballistic platform as the SB-001™ Covert vest: ultra-thin at 5 mm (0.2 in), flexible, and easy to conceal under civilian clothes.

Ballistic and needle testing was carried out at the independent laboratory TNO (Netherlands), a leading defense research institute, resulting in an official VPAM certification. Stab resistance was validated to the NIJ 0115.00 Level E2 standard by the accredited US laboratory Element (S1 and P1A blades).

MAXIMUM CONCEALMENT

The SB-001™ bulletproof T-shirt is designed to disappear completely under clothing. Its smooth, uniform surface creates no visible outline and no plate printing. It is the ideal solution for missions where concealment is as critical as the protection itself: close protection, surveillance, escort duty, and travel through hostile environments in civilian clothes.

COOLMAX® TECHNOLOGY

Coolmax® fabric is designed to keep the wearer dry and cool in the most demanding conditions. Its active sweat-wicking technology pulls moisture away from the skin and spreads it across the entire surface of the fabric, where it evaporates quickly. The result: less heat buildup, less irritation, and a cool feel even during extended wear in hot environments or under operational pressure. Ideal for a garment worn right against the skin, for several hours at a time.

ULTRASONIC SEALING & 7-YEAR WARRANTY

The soft panels are encased in a TPU cover and sealed by ultrasonic welding, making them completely waterproof. This construction allows for a 7-year warranty on the ballistic panels, 2 years longer than the market standard.

MADE IN EUROPE

100% designed and produced in Europe: each panel is made in the manufacturer’s own factory in the Netherlands. Quality control is managed from start to finish.
