The AYCE® Modular Chassis is the ultimate iteration of the modular chassis. We designed this Chassis in order to get rid of the quest of the velcro inserts. The modularity is always key but it's often hard to find the right insert for the stuff we need to carry et the added cost of the whole is expansive.

The AYCE® Modular Chassis is a Chassis for use with a Plate-Carrier and supplied with a universal modular insert made of composite. The modular Insert is locked in place thanks to our LVMS® system which allows us to get rid of the velcro that is noisy, thick and wears out quickly.

The front and the sides are covered with laser cut PALS and rows are reinforced for a secured anchorage of your pouches and EUDs.

The cuts are made completely through which allows to weave cables through easily.

The AYCE® Chassis interfaces thanks to composite anchors that allows to make more room on the plate-carrier by eliminating the need of vertical buckles. Additional accessories allow to mount standard G-Hooks or buckles onto it.

The Modular Insert made of composite is made of a main structure and separators (sides separators and inner separators) that are tensioned with one-wrap collars to adjust the retention. The list of the gear we tested and the spaces between the separators that we recommend are listed below.

Compatibility

The AYCE® Modular Chassis was designed to offer a maximum of compatibilities possible. Here is the list of the gear we personally tested and the settings we recommend for each :

On a general basis, if your magazine/gear catches the one-wrap collar, you need to increase the space of the one-wrap collar. And if your stuff is moving on the bottom, you need to reduce space of the separators.
