Developed and tested with and for operatorsTactical Belt (Hexatac's Modular Belt) meets the needs of modern fighters and sports shooters.
Composed of state-of-the-art materialsThis tactical belt is both ultra-rigid while maintaining a featherweight (285gr only in size XL!)
The HMB® Tactical Belt is made up of two belts a velcro underbelt (38mm) and a external belt (50mm).
The outer belt has a rigid skeleton in laser-cut composite that offers high rigidity to best support your equipment.
MOLLE (1/2 MOLLE) loops are made from solid of the skeleton and covered with a layer of finishing fabric: the pockets that will be fitted to the HMB® tactical belt using this system will be more stable on a tactical belt with soft fabric loops.
The design of the HMB® tactical belt means that it has MOLLE loops all around the wearer360°, regardless of whether it is at the upper or lower limit of the chosen size.
The free adjustment strand of the outer belt is inside of the belt, avoiding external clutter and allowing you to take full advantage of the MOLLE slots all around the belt.
Made from highly resistant materials normally used for climbing equipment** (webbing, AustriAlpin Cobra® buckles and even rope), tests of breaking load under realistic conditions* have shown that the AustriAlpin loop (Certified 15KN) would break before the slightest seam in the belt was disturbed at a load of approximately 1350kg (for realistic conditions with a load pulled on the D-ring perpendicular to the belt).
Velcro underbelt (female) is adjustable thanks to two separate systems to ensure the best possible adaptation to each and every customer. semi-rigid to enable an IWB/AIWB holster to be worn and to ensure that the trousers stay in place.
With a width of 38mmit will adapt to belt loops on all types of trousers tactical or civilian.
Made in Europe with assembly standards mli-spec and materials imported directly from the USA.
The Cobra® buckle is an original Cobra® buckle manufactured in Austria by AustriAlpin. This brand is the undisputed benchmark for load-bearing and climbing buckles.
Size Guide
The HMB® tactical belt size chart is based on your actual height and is as follows:
SMALL Size: 72.5cm - 86.5cm
MEDIUM size : 84,5cm - 98,5cm
LARGE Size : 96.5cm - 110.5cm
X-LARGE size : 108,5cm - 122,5cm
To measure your height, measure your waist size at the belt loops on your trousers, over your trousers, without a belt with a flexible tape measure, without being too tight or too loose. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string or paracord to go round the edge and then measure it.
Please note: Si votre taille mesurée est à 1cm du maximum de la taille choisie, nous vous conseillons de choisir la taille au-dessus, ce qui vous permettra d’avoir davantage de place pour les équipements avec des fixations velcro et des passants de ceinture.
Good to know: At the highest setting, the two ends overlap by about 2cm to ensure continuity of rigidity.
Choosing a belt based on these measurements can be complicated. The following illustration will show you the number of MOLLE cells and enable you to compare with your current belt. Because of the thickness of the underbelt and the outer belt, it is normal for the length of the outer belt (shown below) to be about 3cm longer than your measured waist.
Assembly
Loop assembly : Pour fonctionner correctement, la boucle doit être assemblée de la manière suivante. Attention, si l’assemblage n’est pas correct, le frein de la boucle ne fonctionnera pas.

Depending on the batch, the colour of the black carrier strap may vary slightly towards a bluish grey, although it remains within MilSpec tolerances due to the dyeing process used.
