HMB® BELT SIZE GUIDE
The HMB® tactical belt size chart is based on your actual circumference and is as follows:
SMALL Size: 72.5cm - 86.5cm
MEDIUM size : 84,5cm - 98,5cm
LARGE Size : 96,5cm - 110,5cm
X-LARGE size : 108,5cm - 122,5cm
To measure your height, measure your waist size at the belt loops on your trousers, over your trousers, without a belt with a flexible tape measure, without being too tight or too loose. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string or paracord to go round the edge and then measure it.
Please note: If you measure within 1cm of the maximum size chosen, we advise you to choose the next size up, which will give you more room for equipment with Velcro fastenings and belt loops.
Good to know: At the highest setting, the two ends overlap by about 2cm to ensure continuity of rigidity.
Choosing a belt based on these measurements can be complicated. The following illustration will show you the number of MOLLE cells and enable you to compare with your current belt. Because of the thickness of the underbelt and the outer belt, it is normal for the length of the outer belt (shown below) to be about 3cm longer than your measured waist.
