Developed and tested with and for operatorsthe HPC® Plate Vest (Hexatac's Plate Carrier) is designed to meeting the needs of the modern warrior.

The HPC® Plate Vest has been developed to be minimalist, modular, scalable and above all comfortable - even over extended periods of wear.

Minimalist no frills, we've been there as simple as possible even if it's not the easiest: it weighs just 470 grams !

Modular with a host of MOLLE belt loops and compatible with the majority front pockets (ITW buckles, G-hook etc) the HPC® Plate Vest will enable you to build a solution to suit your needs.

Scalable The HPC® Plate Vest can be worn smooth or well-being fully charged front, back and sides.

Comfortable Comfort: often overlooked by manufacturers, comfort is of paramount importance. The HPC® Plate Carrier Vest has been developed to be worn for hours and even days at a time thanks to its internal structure and numerous adjustments.

A front plate pocket with clips QASM supplied, a rear plate pocket and shoulder straps adjustable and removable sleeves.

Cummerbunds are not supplied.

Size

The HPC® Plate Vest is made for plates SAPI Medium or 25x30cm. On request only, we can produce specific sizes, but only the Medium/25x30cm size is stocked.

The adjustment ranges of the shoulder straps allow you toadapt HPC® Plate Vest to your body and your needs.

Exterior

The HPC® Plate Vest has a very large admin pocket on the front panel. You can easily store a phone, small items of equipment, maps and so on.

In front of this admin pocket, the HPC® Plate Vest features 4 columns of 4 rows of MOLLE to attach equipment, run cables and, above all, to attach a pivoting smartphone holder such as a Juggernaut, Kaëgwerks, etc. The placement of this modular panel has been specifically designed so that you can open your smartphone swivel platform completely even over your gun magazines.

On either side of the admin modular panel, vertical loops will allow you to mount QASM loops (provided) or to moor G hooks to attach a modular platform such as the HMCR® 

On the lower part of the front plate pocket of the HPC® Plate Vest, there is a large Velcro panel for anchoring the modular platform mentioned in the previous paragraph.

The row of MOLLE loops allows the fitting a flap bulletproof, anchoring small items of equipment such as glow sticks, gloves, etc., but also ensures that the compatible with our shield harness.

At the rear, we find a classic 6 rows and 6 columns of MOLLE. Compatibility accessories are currently being developed, in particular for attaching Velcro bibs, ensure compatibility with modular rear panel systems etc.

On the edge, the HPC® Plate Vest features elastic cable routing so that you can manage your cabling, hydration tubes, etc. as effectively as possible.

Interior

L'interior of the HPC® Plate Vest is made of in spandex military quality. This elastic material is pleasant to the port and dries quickly.

On each side, a rThick-filmed provides comfort, while the space between these two padded panels creates a air circulation channel to prevent overheating.

Features

Fully removable shoulder strapsThis will allow you to change the buckles connecting the shoulder straps to the front plate pocket of your HPC® Plate Vest. You'll be able to use any buckle that fits a 25mm webbing from the standard ITW buckle to an Austri Alpin quick release buckle through the metal rings.

Shoulder width adjustment. With the HPC® Waistcoat, you can adjust the spacing of the shoulder straps to suit your morphology, if you wish, over a pack of soft protectors, etc. All you have to do is remove the shoulder strap anchors and fit them in the appropriate position, like MOLLE loops. Adjustment takes place in the admin pocket, and we recommend that you remove your ballistic protection from the front plate pocket to make adjustment easier.

Fitting a permanent Velcro strap. You can permanently mount a Velcro strap directly onto the HPC® Plate Vest. The advantages of permanent mounting are manifold: it prevents you from having to remove the Velcro strap every time you take off the plate holder or front pocket, and it shifts the centre of gravity to improve comfort - especially during fast runs and when crouching. This assembly is compatible with the standard direction of Velcro bananas (loops on the front, hooks on the body side), but thanks to our proprietary closure, the Velcro hooks that tend to wear down combat shirts prematurely will never come into contact with them.

Ultimate compatibility of cummerbunds. The aim is for you to be able to use the cummerbunds that really correspond to your needs and not to impose a specific cummerbund model on you. Our Rigid Cummerbunds and elastics are of course an excellent option for the HPC® Plate Vest, but depending on your needs, they may not be the optimal solution. You can fit cummerbunds with Velcro fastenings, or cummerbunds elastic skeletons and also quite simply the simpler cummerbunds that go into a headline like the LBX Tactical for example.
