1/ Locate the short part, which goes at the top.

2/ Insert the short part into the top slot from the outside. The loop side must face the outside of the pouch. The long part must be inserted into the third slot from the top, after passing it through the loops of your battle belt, of course.

3/ Bring the long end back up along the inside of the pouch.

4/ Trim the excess.

5/ Install the adjustable insert.

MOLLE mounting and 45° belt mounting differ only in the diagonal weaving of the pouch on the battle belt, so the following instructions apply to both.

1/ Tell the short part from the long part. The short part goes at the top.

2/ Insert the short part into the top slot from the back of the pouch and weave it through your platform the traditional way.

3/ At the bottom, insert the long free end between the composite and the Velcro.

4/ Pull both ends tight and cover the long end with the short end.

5/ Install the adjustable insert (not shown).

3/ Form a U with the tab and insert it into the slots provided for this purpose.

4/ Bend the tabs inward and lock them in place

5/ Thread the hook-and-loop strap through the loops formed by the tab and wrap it around the insert.

6/ Test and adjust the retention.
