With a 45mm width and covered with loop velcro, this inner belt will match almost any velcro Belt with hook on it like the Ceinturon HMB²®.

La charte de taille de la ceinture tactique HMB²® is based on your actual circumference and is as follows:

X-SMALL : 51 à 71cm
SMALL : 63 à 83cm
MEDIUM : 76 à 95cm
LARGE : 88 à 106cm
X-LARGE : 99 à 118cm

To measure your height, measure your waist size at the belt loops on your trousers, over your trousers, without a belt with a flexible tape measure, without being too tight or too loose. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string or paracord to go round the edge and then measure it.
